D2D scanned and imported all client files for litigation to be handled by different lawyers in different parts of a state. The scanned client files were imported into a Portal service to be accessed with a secure password from any location with a web connection. This reduced company’s paper hassle and constant search of location the correct file and delivering it to the correct lawyer. Simple digital solutions for time consuming processes!

  • D2D scanned and imported the OCR’ed the litigation documents into a Data Base for a 6 year on-going trail which helped our client who had to work with three different law firms in different countries Speedy Boolean searches helped the law firm

  • D2D scanned daily documents to reduce office space and have the daily files available on CDs.

  • D2D scanned closed client trial files and stored the digital documents on CDs and on a PC to stop the flow of documents to storage.
